Easy Homemade Slime

Here's a super fun way to use all the cheap glue you're finding at the Back to School Sales.

 Materials:
Liquid Starch
Liquid Glue (gel or opaque- I happened to have a little of both; so that's what I used!)
Food Coloring (optional)

 1.  Measure equal amounts of liquid starch and glue into a bowl.

2.  Stir together.  It will look like there's way to much liquid starch in there, but just keep stirring and, if you want it to go more quickly- knead it with your hands

until it comes together in a big, non-sticky blob

like this

Depending on your kids personality, they may be a little squeamish about about getting their hands sticky (like little G)

or want to play with the stuff for an hour like M.

If your kids are older, they can hold the slime up to their mouths and blow to make REALLY BIG bubbles!
(We did find that after a while, the slime started to get pretty sticky, and it was helpful to spray on a little extra liquid starch.)
